Our technical experience and highly qualified engineering staff allow us to provide much more than just the sale of equipment and machinery.
Machine park
Our production area comprises 27 000 m², including a separate area for the manufacture of stainless-steel structures and equipment. Such a large facility allows for the production of large-size elements weighing up to 100 tonnes and measuring 6.5 x 6.5 x 14.
The ŚFUP holds one of the few working in Poland CNC numerical 8-spindle KOLB drilling machine used for sieves manufacturing of up to 40 mm diameter of holes. The machine park also includes, among others, a waterjet cutting machine with a large table and two water heads, a thermal cutting and plasma cutting machine, a CNC bending brakes and two TOS Varnsdorf machining centres .
The range of our production capabilities also includes:
- turning elements on face lathes of diameter up to 7000 mm,
- guillotine cutting of sheet metal up to 24 mm thick and up to 5000 mm long,
- bending of sheet metal up to 30 mm thick and tubes and profiles,
- jet abrasive cleaning in blasting chamber
- hydrodynamic against corrosion protection of metal surfaces,
- turning on a carousel lathe up to a diameter of 2800mm and a height of 2400mm.
Welding
Welding is a process to which we pay special attention. Care for its quality is guaranteed by our qualified personnel who are IWE certified. Our welding processes are in line with ISO 3834-2, EN 1090-2 2018 standards.
We specialize in following welding methods:
- manual arc welding, MMA arc welding with coated electrode 111,
- submerged-arc welding (SAW) with single electrode wire 121,
- metal electrode welding in inert shielding gas; MIG 131 welding,
- metal electrode welding in active shielding gas; MAG 135 welding,
- tubular cored metal arc welding with active/ inert shielding gas 136/137,
- tungsten electrode arc welding in an inert shielding gas with wire/solid bar and without alloying 141/142,
- laser welding 52.
Quality
We have our own NDT testing laboratory, operated by qualified inspectors with weld test qualifications PT2 to EN ISO 9712 and VT2 to EN ISO 9712.
For ongoing and final inspection of production we use, among others: a Mitutoyo SJ-210 roughness tester, a SAUTER hardness tester and a portable coordinate measuring arm “FARO ARM PLATINUM” for verifying the geometric and dimensional quality of products using their digital 3D models by means of Faro and CMM Manager software.
In addition, the company’s equipment includes, among others, the Zehntner ZCC2087 cross-cut tester for paint coatings, the Elcometer type paint adhesion tester, the Laser Liner noise measurement instrument, etc.
Qualified employees also provide dimensional stabilisation services for welded structures using the SW06A device, under the supervision of our quality department.
