We are a design office with a long tradition. Our solutions for industrial machinery and equipment have been operating successfully around the world for many years.
The most important goal of the design office is to create innovative and reliable products that meet the needs of customers and end users. For this purpose, we employ highly specialised engineers who are experts in their fields and, by combining skills and working in teams, are able to develop even the most complex projects.
The office specialises in the preparation of technical documentation, design, conceptual and execution analyses, as well as technical and engineering consultancy. Furthermore, we are competent to provide complete project and also complete workshop documentation on the basis of which the production plant is able to manufacture the equipment.
The design process starts at the initial agreements and analysis stage. It is this stage that has the greatest impact on the final result, as it gives us a guarantee that the equipment designed by our team will meet all the customer’s requirements. In the subsequent implementation phase, a crucial aspect is the ongoing exchange of information in order to optimise the solutions used; this stage gives our clients a real influence on the design. Completion of the work only takes place after final approval. A structured process like this guarantees complete customer satisfaction and gives us the assurance that the project has been developed with the highest standard. We specialise in equipment for the sugar, food, chemical, mining industry, etc. The office’s expertise lies in the execution of complete construction and process documentation for pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.
For our work we use the following software:
- SolidWorks -program for three-dimensional parametric modelling. It enables the design of individual components and assembling them into a complete model, and also allows the preparation of production documentation. Umożliwia projektowanie pojedynczych elementów i składanie ich w kompletny model, a także pozwala na przygotowanie dokumentacji produkcyjnej.
- AutoCad – a programme that gives you the possibility to work freely and efficiently in a 2D environment.
- VVD – a programme used in many areas of design in the pressure equipment industry. It enables 3D visualisation at every stage of pressure equipment calculation and also creates scalable 2D construction drawings of both the assembly and individual elements, which allows the designer to easily check and verify the dimensions and position of individual elements while working.
All equipment designed by our office complies with established requirements and applicable international standards. This allows our machines to be distributed freely throughout the world. The equipment designed by us is in operation in Europe, Asia, Africa and the USA.
One of our biggest successes was winning the Gold Medal at the ITM Poland 2017 International Trade Fair in Poznań for the 400 m3 Limestone Kiln, which was manufactured and commissioned based on our design.
