We specialise in the production and refurbishment of sugar and chemical apparatuses, along with equipment for the food industry, power generation and environmental protection. Our product range includes: pressure and non-pressure vessels, evaporative apparatus, evaporators, dryers, lime kilns and lime plants, mixers, reactors, filters, heat exchangers and centrifuges. An experienced engineering, technical staff and a service group provide our customers with all the assistance they need to solve technical problems, including consultancy and the prompt resolution of any failures.

We offer a range of technical services, including the following:

• redrawing constructions based on templates, as well as generating material lists with detail drawings,
• preparation of technical documentation in compliance with required standards,
• introduction of constructional changes to the submitted documentation,
• design of machinery, equipment, components and steel constructions according to customer specifications.

Our production department is a key element in our production chain, acting as the main pillar of our business. Our team is made up of qualified professionals, certified in the fields of welding, assembly, insulation, turnery and CNC machine operation.

It is thanks to them that our most advanced ideas and projects, created by our engineers, become reality.

We have a production facility with a surface area of approximately 27,000 m2, which allows us to manufacture large-size steel components measuring 6.5 x 6.5 x 14 m, weighing up to 100 tonnes.

For the production of stainless and acid-resistant steel products, we have a dedicated production zone, equipped with two cranes with a lifting capacity of 32 t each, where high-alloy steel equipment and components are assembled – in accordance with the general specifications of PN, DIN, EN and ASME standards.

Śfup Sp. z o.o. offers its customers various technical services, using a well-equipped machine park, cranes and welding equipment. The range of services also includes: inspections and overhauls of sugar equipment, as well as supervision and assembly of equipment manufactured by us. Good space conditions and versatile technical equipment enable us to offer individual solutions and equipment for a wide range of industries.

In addition to production, Śfup Sp. z o.o. also offers its customers technical supervision and assembly of its own equipment both nationally and internationally.

Thanks to the preliminary work and pre-assembly at our plant, the on-site installation is carried out efficiently and the execution is carried out according to the agreed schedule.
