Based on many years of experience gained at both national and international markets, we deliver customised machinery and equipment as well as complete facilities, installations and modernisations for the sugar industry. We are a manufacturer and supplier of among others:
- vacuum pans with circulating stirrers ensuring the correct operational and processing conditions,
- counter-current extractor , saturators, heaters, crystallisers, vertical and horizontal mixers and separators for sugar,
- Beet washers for cleaning of beets before feeding them to the cutting process.
The Vacuum Pan with forced circulation installed in sugar factories are used to cook A-C massecuite. The use of Vacuum Pan with mechanical stirrers with regulated revolutions and automation of the crystallization process enable: cooking of massecuite with syrups over 80°Bx, shortening the cooking time , improving homogeneity and reproducibility of granulation, and consequently improving the operation of centrifuges and sugar dryers. The Vacuum Pan of our production incorporate a number of unique solutions, including, among others: a high-efficiency mechanical mixer with an upper drive to support the circulation of massecuite, mixer speed control based on a two-speed electric motor (starting in a higher gear with less power and then switching to a lower gear with higher motor power), the “W” shaped bottom which facilitates the circulation of massecuite.

- welded heating tubes with a pipe spacing of ≤ 10 mm provide larger heating surfaces.
ŚFUP designs and builds the vacuum pans for various crystallisation products in the sugar industry. The apparatuses are made of carbon steel or stainless steel (in the entirety or in parts).
Beet washer
The beet washer is an equipment for the final cleaning of the beets from different types and levels of impurities. The configuration of the washer depends on the purity of the beets. The single-chamber beet cleaner with a fixed water level includes a washing section and ejection arms.
Inside the washing unit, there is a shaft to which the arms are attached. The start-up and rotation of the shaft is controlled by a frequency converter. The beet reaches the washing section of the machine via the feeder, where it is mixed and cleaned of impurities, from where it is then pushed by the arms to the ejection section. The body of the washing section has two levels: a perforated upper floor and a lower section. The dirt, sand and soil pass through the first perforated base directly into the catchers, from where the dirt (sand or straw) is then discharged outside. As an option, stone catchers can be installed to remove the impurities.
