ŚFUP is a manufacturer of equipment and systems for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
The manufactured equipment includes vertical three-column WT type filter centrifuges, designed for separation of liquid and solid mixtures in crystalline, granular or fibrous form and for dewatering of fine suspensions in the chemical and pharmaceutical processing. Construction materials of WT centrifuges: elements in direct contact with the separated medium are made of acid-resistant steel, others are made of carbon structural steel, and on special request selected elements and surfaces can be additionally covered with a chemically resistant protective coating. At the customer’s request, we can also design and manufacture centrifuges in Ex execution with ATEX certificate, intended for use in explosion hazard zones.
In the range of other equipment that is manufactured for the chemical and related industries, we can mention:
- storage and process tanks as well as crystallisers, leach tanks made of stainless and acid-resistant steel,
- lime slaking and lime milk purification equipment: such as drum slakes, rake type of separators and grit separators,
- boiling pans, tube-shell evaporators of various designs made out of boiler carbon steel, low alloy and austenitic steel.
